of the chemical reactions important in Organic Chemistry. The site consists of a number of on-line exercises for different types of reactions on different functional groups.
There are three fundamental pieces of a chemical reaction: the starting
material(s), the reagent(s) and the product(s). Given two of the three you
should be able to determine the third. The following links will give a list
of common reagents used in organic chemistry groups by the
functional group
they react with, or the type of reaction mechanism.
